Desi fashion designers definitely have a larger audience to please these days, as buyers are looking for versatile and not always traditional styles. And of course some fusion styles have already come and gone, like the sari gown and dhoti style pants with tops. But ever since crop tops and skirts started to trend, designers have ushered in a new age of Indian, leaning toward more wearable, trendier, playful cuts, fabrics, and textures.
Fortunately, I get to work with all sorts of designers and brands and style my own looks. I’d describe my style as a mix of old vintage with new age style and comfort. The future of possibilities!
